Please help students sell ads for the traditional Rebel Invitational Band Show, held at South Hagerstown High School, this year on Saturday, October 2.

Student Sponsorship
When students participate in band,
there are some fees that parents or guardians have to pay -- instrument
rental, transportation to away events, uniform cleaning.
Times are tough and money is tight. Two suggestions:
1. Your student could ask friends or family members to be a sponsor. If this sounds interesting, click here for a sponsorship form your student can use.
2. Contact the band director about making payments or other arrangements: WilcoHea@wcboe.k12.md.us
The Band Boosters want to make sure that every student who wants to play in the SHHS bands gets to play, no matter what.
Rebel Band Uniform Fund
Band uniforms are made to last about 10 years. The Rebel Band uniforms are now 12 years old. Donations to the fund are 100% tax deductible, because the Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Please click here or on "Rebel Band Uniform fund" in the menu bar at the far left.
Sheetz Coupon Books
One Sheetz coupon buys a hot or cold sandwich or salad and a drink: $4 -- a good deal. The Band gets $1 for each coupon sold. Single coupons available for $4. Book of 10 coupons for $40.

5 p.m. Students report to band room & dress in uniform
Food orders taken at this time
Students wear black socks and band t-shirt
Clean band shoes and bring white gloves
If there is a chance of rain, students should be prepared to
wear both the uniform and to wear jeans, sneakers, and
band t-shirt in case the band wears rain coats for the game
5:50 Students report to block outside for warm up
6:35 Band proceeds to the stadium
6:45 Pre-game program
7:00 Game begins - band performs Movements I & II at half-time
9:45 Approximate end of game.
Juniors and seniors will clean the stadium
